Barrera
& Company was established in 1980 as a California State licensed
general contractor and reserve studies provider. With the inception
of state civil codes, Barrera & Company has made use of its
practical knowledge of construction procedures and costs to provide
Community Associations with accurate replacement estimates of
the common area components that will predictably need replacement.
This increases the long term value of our client's real estate
investments through proper preparation.
The Company has completed over 9000 reserve
studies including condominium townhouses, single family home
